Directions	It is preferable to fill your 7-day Medi Planner once a week. Be careful to insert the proper regimen of dry medication into the color-designated and highlighted morning, noon, evening and bedtime compartments. Cleaning: First open all 7-day Medi Planner lids: morning, noon, evening and bedtime. Under warm tap water carefully wash all lids and base of the 7-day Medi Planner. Set out to air dry.
